Site Visit to 30-32 Lombard Street

The IStructE London Young Members’ Group is organising a site visit to 30-32 Lombard Street on Thursday 9^th May 2017.

The project comprises the replacement of an old building with a new high end commercial office block. The proposed structure will be 11-storey high, with a further 2 levels below ground. The building includes a complex stone cladding and curtain walling system, comprising 13 different cladding systems and MEP installations. The waterproofing strategy is designed to achieve Grade ‘3’ Environment. All these are required within the Conservation Area of Bank, Lombard Street, London.

Due to the nature of the site, we can only offer 8 places on this visit. For fairness, the places will be allocated at random to those that sign up.
